Rated 5 out of 5 by Ben T. from Great, Roomy Pouch This pouch can fit a tourniquet, combat gauze, hemostatic, NPA, Israeli bandage, and chest seal in a slim package. It mounts to a bag well, but it will take up four rows of PALS/MOLLE, so it may not be ideal for a plate carrier. The mounting system (FirstSpear 6/9 Straps) is slim and flexible, which allows you to properly weave the straps between the webbing between your bag/plate carrier and the medical pouch itself, which slims down the profile of your bag/plate carrier.
