Returns / Exchanges

Propper stands behind its customers and products 100%. If you are not satisfied with your Propper.com purchase, you may return an eligible item* hassle-free with proof of purchase within 30 days of product receipt. New, unworn, unwashed items with tags attached may be returned free** within 60 days of product receipt.

Product Returns:

  1. Please print and fill out Customer Return Form HERE.

  2. Email customerservice@propper.com for your free return shipping label.  (Free returns within contiguous U.S. only.)  You will need to include your order number. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. 

  3. Attach the label to the outside of your package and include the form with your return. Drop off at any FedEx box.

*All Closeout items and Final Sale items are not eligible for returns. Products purchased from retailers other than propper.com are ineligible for returns to Propper.  

**Free returns available within contiguous U.S. only. Bulk returns, or returns over $500 are subject to 20% restocking fee.

Once we receive and process your qualifying return, Propper will credit your original payment method (less shipping and handling fees) and notify you via email. Please allow 10 business days from receipt of returned items for refunds to post. 


Follow Product Returns steps above and place a new order.  The new order will be shipped immediately, reducing wait time for replacement items.  Once we receive and process your return, a refund will be issued within 10 business days of receipt.
