The Associate Marketing Communications(Content) Manager is responsible for driving creation of written and visual content to establish and reinforce Propper's brand story across multiple channels.


  • Serve as brand storyteller and craft creative content in support of the marketing team's brand, product, and technology campaigns 
  • Champion the brand identity across all developed marketing materials - channel agnostic
  • Provide the content seeds, catalyst, and review for third-party brand champions
  • Develop engaging copy and oversee development of photos and videos for sales tools, catalogs, advertisements, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and internal pieces
  • Manage multiple social media channels to drive end user awareness
  • Copyedit and proof web and print materials
  • Coordinate product placement and advertising in industry publications
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our brand image, products, target audience and competitor activities in the market
  • Conduct periodic audits of existing content; identify needs for new content angles/directions
  • Manage cross-departmental projects 
  • Develop and manage a content calendar to track multiple complex projects across verticals
  • Support additional marketing objectives as necessary
  • Reports to Marketing Manager

Skills and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
2-5 years of experience required
Military, law enforcement, sports or outdoor market experience a plus
Photo and video skills are extremely helpful
Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus
