Customer Service Representative
DESCRIPTION:
We are currently recruiting for candidates to fill a Customer Service Representative position. The position includes the following responsibilities:
- Answer phones and respond to customer requests
- Enter orders into ERP system
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff as needed
- Identify research and resolve customer issues
- Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
- Research billing errors and correct as needed
- Recommend process improvements
- Other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Successfully and professionally handles customer complaints
- Builds long-term relationships with customers
- Empathizes with the customer during difficult situations
- Replies promptly to all inquiries of customers via email
- Processes customer orders promptly and efficiently
- Manages the customer accounts efficiently and accurately
- Is able to use automated information systems to analyze customer situations
- Strong team player and commitment to company values
EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years customer service experience in a sales and/or manufacturing organization
- High school diploma - College preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
