"I wanted black, not available so I settled for tan. Overall good for what I needed; however, a lot of loose threading, some dangerous enough to unravel parts if you're not careful. About 30 minutes into burning off those loose strings, a quick waterproof spraying and it's all good. Whenever the black becomes available, I'll order it as well. Need it for work."

Does it have dump pockets like tactical vest? With zippers
Yes, the vest has two dump pouches on the back sides, but they do not have zipper closures. The flap pockets on the front of the vest use hook and loop closures.
does it have any insulation for cooler vdays
This is uninsulated and designed for lightweight breathability. It’s great for layering but will not have insulation for cooler weather.
