"Well after 2 weeks of wear I must say, I have to change my review. The boots have failed in the pull loop seam area on both boots. I went to take them off this evening and found white stuffing falling out of them. This is not the quality I expected from propper on their boots. I should have looked at the reviews as this seems to happen to others as well."

"I recently switched careers and moved into private security, I wanted to get all the best comfortable gear I could. I bought these boots because I liked the look. That is where is ended, the look is rugged enough and the air pocket was a nice touch but honestly probably the most uncomfortable boot I have ever owned. I work 12 to 16 hour shifts so needless to say comfort is a huge factor. I understand that all boots need to be broken in so I gave these the benefit of the doubt, I have never had such sore feet after my 2nd shift, I ended up sidelining these and choose to go with Rocky Boots, the 1st pair I bought were similar in looks other than the price they matched up pretty well. Took just a few shifts and they felt like I have worn them for years. I then went with some Doc Martins ( By far my favorite in looks and in comfort ) they are wonderful, I wear them the most often. The 2nd and 3rd pair of Rocky have been working out very well. The only reason I write this is 1st to see what your stance is going to be and 2ndly to let others know they should spend the extra to get a more comfortable boot. It is well worth it. The 2 stars are only for the looks."

"These boots suck, they are too stiff, impossible to break in. Don't buy them, if you do and want to return them here is what you can expect. "In haste I posted a review and thought I should at least run it by you, long story short I bought the Duralight Tactical Boots and by far the most uncomfortable boots I have ever purchased. I have them boxed up ready for return. My contact info is as follows. Redacted. Response as follows: Matthew, Thank you for contacting Propper International. I appreciate you taking the time to provide us with the honest feedback. I’m not showing where you purchased the product through Propper. Can you please provide a receipt to show proof of purchase? I admit there was 1 issue with a pair of the Rocky Boots, a faulty eye loop, not a single question about my point of purchase. Just a label and a brand new pair within days, Spending the $ at a company that went to the level I expect, in fact above and beyond with all the swag they sent me. I would love to return the boots and exchange them for some outerwear, I have a few of your hats and am completely satisfied with them. I am in the market for some Navy Blue gear. Xxtra Large. Customerservice Dec 19, 2022, 9:46 AM (4 days ago) I made a screenshot of the transaction, Pinal Uniform and Pinal Food Market are the same owners, the information attached in the prior email can show proof. You can google earth the address and see both stores. I clearly do not want a pair of replacement boots. They are very uncomfortable and not what I am in the market for. I will take credit for any of your other gear but not the boots. With all due respect all I am saying is they are not for me. They hurt my feet to a pain level I have never experienced. As previously stated I have a Propper Hat that I like very much. It's the navy blue ball cap. If at all possible could I get a few of those instead of a product that is clearly not for me. I am not trying to be rude, it's just a pair of boots, if it is really this big of a deal and/or issue would you mind just running it up the chain and possibly get some input from someone with a different consideration? At this point I am not asking for any free gear or complimentary swag. I would just like to close up my business with your company. You have all my contact information in previous messages, Thank you in advance for your help and understanding. M. David"

"The boot is very wide for being a standard size. It is also larger than a normal size. I have a previous pair that was the correct size. I was very disappointed and would like to terms these."
