Are the jackets true to size?
The MA-1 Flight Jacket has a generous fit. If you are in between 2 sizes, I would size down.
How close is it to the original from the early 80's?
We built MA-1 jacket from the original Mil Spec, some elements in the fabrics and trims were sourced as close to the original as possible.
How do the sizes run? I'm portly, so sometimes a 3xl works but not always.
The MA-1 runs pretty true to size, but it does have that classic, slightly trim military cut. If 3XL sometimes feels tight, we’d recommend going up a size if you like a roomier fit or plan to layer underneath.
Where is the MA-1 flight jacket made?
These are made in Vietnam.
What are the inside of the pockets made of ?
Both the jacket and the pockets are made out of 100% Nylon.
