Good quality, but run small

"Well constructed. Not a lot of thread ends to clean up for inspection. Much lighter than the standard PC, so a must to go with the rest of the IHWCU ensemble. Still run small - about 1/4” smaller than marked size, order 1/4” larger than what the size chart tells you based on your actual head measurement."
