Defective Snap

"I ordered 4 pair of shorts. One of each color. The Black shorts had a defect in the waist snap. I went through the whole process of returning, reordering and getting a refund. The second pair of shorts had EXACTLY the same problem! It seems to me the machine that afixes the snap has a defective die or something and quality control hasn't caught it. The defective snap comes undone with the slightest pressure, so I'm very frustrated at this point. Note the small indentation on the snap. No other color had this problem, just black, 36."

Are they pleated?
No, these are not pleated.
Do yall carry a shorter inseam for us more vertically challenged heavy set folks. These long inseams look very unprofessional to the eyes of the public in my opinion.
Unfortunately we do not currently offer different inseams on our shorts.
Are these shorts still made in the Haiti facility? I just bought a pair from your eBay store this week and they were made in India and do not fit like the previous shorts did.

The Men's Tactical Shorts come in a 9" inseam. If you are looking for an 11" inseam, try the Summerweight, Edgetec or Kinetic Tactical Shorts. They are all 11".
