Size runs very small

"Appears to be a good quality boot/shoe. But the size runs VERY SMALL. I am a size 9 Wide. I've had my feet professionally measured to be sure of this. I have ordered other shoes from other companies and have never had a fit issue. I ordered a Men's 9 wide of these and I can barely get my feet in them. They are way too tight. They feel more like a 9 medium."

Do the shoes have metal shank? Work in Corrections and have to pass through metal detector several times a day and don't want to take off she's to go through metal detector

The shoe is designed to fit true to size, so your usual size should provide the best fit and comfort. If you normally wear a size 13, we recommend ordering a 13.

No, these are not a steel toe shoe.
Can you use these for walking on a treadmill?
