What are the inseam measurements per size?
These have a 29" inseam for all sizes.
Looking at these to go over other pants - do I size them at my normal waist size or go up a size?
These are designed as an over-pant, so if you plan to wear them over other pants, it’s best to go up one size for a more comfortable fit. If you prefer a slimmer fit or are wearing them over lightweight clothing, you might be fine with your normal waist size, as they have an elastic waistband for adjustability.
