WAIST: Using a measuring tape, measure the smallest part of your waist, not too snug, not too loose.
Inseam: Measure straight down the inside leg from the crotch to the ankle.
Select the size of your measurement. If you are in between sizes, it is recommended to size up. EX: If your waist measures a 38, you would go with 38. If you measure 39, go with size 40.
