Very disappointed in the fit

"Very disappointed in the fit of this item. The top is cut too short and flared out bring the appearance of a women's coat. I have been wearing BDU/ACU for the past 20+ years and never had this issue. Like an idiot I voided the return policy immediately so I could get my name tapes and rank sewn on. Im 71" tall and have a 40" chest which matches your sizing guide. . . not sure how to fix this but being out almost 200 dollars on uniform tops i cannot wear is very disappointing"

are the length of M regular and L regluar same？
A regular will be the same length for all sizes.
Can i buy the whole uniform in digital desert because I couldn't find the color in here
