The Propper® OCP Hot Weather Trouser is an authentic military uniform approved for active duty by the U.S. Army. It is lightweight and breathable, designed to endure intense heat and harsh climates. Customers appreciate its durable seams, comfortable fit, and the anti-chafing fabric at the knees. However, opinions on quality vary, and some recommend sizing up for the right fit.

"I purchased these for working out. They are amazing, they move well with body weight workouts and hiking/rucking."

"I liked my woodland BDU's but these are such an improvement even over those. These LXL fit fabulously on me 7ft 240lb. I picked these over there build for breathing and drying fast. I love the reinforced knees and how these contour to my legs when you move. These were designed with being on the move in mind. Honestly I use them in the winter to not just summer because they breath and dry fast and you don't want to stay wet in the cold. Layer "propperly" with base layers and your golden for any elements. They are light yet they do seem sturdy and well made."

"I got the hot weather ones hoping to wear in the summer and I used the size guide and should've been on the tight side of the size I ordered but they are huge on me. Then I didnt realize the knee have a huge baggie area that sit on my shin almost problem is a washed them before wearing them around and realizing it. Kinda regretting my purchase now. This make 2 seperate pairs of pants ive been unhappy with im hesitant to buy again and have my money tied up while still awaiting my return refund from weeks ago. Also irritated none of the coupons I get sent dont work on ocp pants. . SMH feeling frustrated with the entire thing. . im afraid to order different make of trousers and have the waist size be way off or something again. ."

"I found the hot weather blouse to fit true to size, however I had to exchange the pants as they were too large and I found the sizing to run big. Still happy with the product quality and even with the return policy. Exchanged my pants for next size down."

"Good pants for the price. A little big for the size. Working in Africa, the pants are light and don't rip easily with thorn bushes. Easily cleaned of debris and blood."

"Patches on knees and seat faded on first watch. After 4 months I couldn’t wear them on duty anymore and I’ve been in an academic environment the entire time. If you’re active duty, don’t buy these."

"Fits true to size. The only I think about the pants is that the knee area is baggy and bulges out for some reason. Other than that, the uniform feels great and looks great. Swapping to this new OCP hot weather material is a game changer. The Velcro works great and the pockets have buttons. Personally, I’m going to change the buttons to Velcro."

"Overall the pants fit great. My one recommendation to you guys is the side pocket button placement. Every other army pants I have you can easily grab and place things in my side pocket with ease. I would highly suggest moving you button placement farther apart so people can fit their hand, PC or possibly MRE in their side pocket without having to fight because they are in a hurry. Think about functionality in your design of the little things."

"First batch of hot weather OCPs had bad material on the knees and elbows. Faded really bad after one wash. I emailed them and they’ve been amazingly responsive to rectifying this issue by mailing out a new good set. Have to give them credit for owning up to the problem and fixing it. Thanks Propper!"
