"I recommend taking your measurements and then sizing up one size. This jacket has 4 dart seams (2 in the back, 2 in the front) to try to contour the jacket to your body. If you’re tall and athletic/muscular these seams made the jacket too short and form fitting to be complaint with army regs for OCPs. I ended up ordering a men’s medium-regular just to get the right length."

Fits great

"Actually love these tops - the bottoms were too hard to fit (too tight in the thighs) so ordered from Tacticalgear and got the men's tru-spec ones and granted had to get those tailored for a less baggy fit they worked great. I also got these tops tailored for a less wide fit around the waist but that is all I had done on them. Nice material, breathable, fits great compared to other brands' tops. I recommend! I ordered 33 regular and am 5'9'' 145 lbs. If anyone is curious and in a similar situation looking for pants that fit with minimal tailoring, for men's tru-spec bottoms I ordered a small regular and they were the right length and thigh width with some room for the hot summers during training and I just had to bring the waist in."

Hot weather OCP

"Material is light. I liked the quality but it does run kind of small. In regular OCP I’m a 33L, so ordered the same size. Chest area is tight, I will be ordering more but a size up. Great for hot/tropical environments like PR."

Do you sew on patches
We do not currently sew on patches.
The shirts in this picture show no breast pockets, are they still compliant with 36-2903?
Thanks for your question.  Our women's IHWCU coat is made to the most current revision of the mil-spec of the women's IHWCU uniform.  It would appear that the latest version of the 36-2903 standard that was released at the end of February 2023 has added in that airmen are allowed to wear the IHWCU / Improved Hot Weather Uniform as well as the OCP (ACU) uniform that has been previously allowed.  To determine if your role allows for the IHWCU, you should first confirm with your CO which uniform your wing/squadron is wearing at your location.
Can you please explain these sizes? Would a 30 be equivalent to an x-small, 33 to a small, 36 to a medium, etc.? My daughter is currently at Advanced Camp and leaves straight from there for Air Assault training. I will see her at graduation from AC and she is asking for this hot weather uniform for AA. She typically wears a small in tops and a 2 or 4 in pants. She is 5'4" and weighs around 130 lbs. I need suggestions for both the jacket and pant sizes. Thank you!
For future reference there is a size guide that you can click on. It is located right underneath the "Shirt Length" sizing on the product page. 30 = XS (2-4), 33 = S (6-8), 36 = M (10-12), 39 = L (14-16)
