NICE PANTS BUT. . .

"Nice looking tactical pants, well made, but they have one negative feature: if you brush up against a door, a table, get in and out of a cruiser, or even just put your hands into the pockets or touch the fly when using the zipper, dust and dirt transfer to the pants, leaving a grey residue that can NOT be spot cleaned off. You shouldn't have to wash a pair of pants every day, this transfer of dust/dirt happens within a couple of hours of wearing them. Because of the fabric or how it's been treated, nothing works when trying to just spot clean areas. This is more of a problem of course with pants that are LAPD blue or black. Found no way to deal with this by looking at posted Propper cleaning instructions."

"The adjustable waist strap failed it slipped out, and the part that clips in, won't clip back in, the metal straps are more reliable, other than that I was satisfied with the Propper quality I've been used to for 10 years."

Best pants.

"I'm 6'3" and 170 lbs. Normally I wear size 33 with 34 inseam. With the BDU 2. 0 pants, Medium/Long size are perfect. Nice and loose, but not baggy. Easy to move in. Look good, too. I really like the material. I was afraid they'd be too thin feeling, but they feel substantial. Breezy enough for summer, and I can wear a pair of long-johns underneath for the cold season. Nylon is tough and long-lasting, and cotton makes them comfy as well as making them safer around the campfire. I hope Propper will continue to make them! (P. s. I bought them on amazon in Canada)."

Cheap parts

"I like these pants mostly. They fit a bit large, also offer sizes for an already big guy like me. What I don't like is I tugged on the cinch straps to tighten up the waist a bit and the plastic parts just disintegrated. It was a decent, vigorous tug like you'd do to make sure a system meant to cinch is securely fastened, but that was too much. Looking at the results, it's easy to see how the few millimeters of plastic failed. I'm actually not even that mad, because I don't really like those straps anyway. While wearing a belt, especially a gun belt, this system isn't very well thought out or comfortable. The belt pushes these parts into the waist. I otherwise like the pants, so maybe I'll look for an aluminum slip buckle or something just to preserve that functionality if I'm ever beltless while wearing these pants."

Hey there, do these shrink a bit? I’m a 34x30 and I’m swimming in the M/R size.
These are not expected to shrink much and are designed to have a relaxed fit similar to our traditional BDUs. If the waist feels too large, we recommend trying the next size down. If you have more questions about fit, please email ecom@propper.com and our team will be happy to help you find the right size.
What size should I order if I am a 44x32 regularly. I have a thicker thighs and was wondering if the 2xl would be fine to give me more room around the thigh area.
We recommend the 2XL based on your waist measurement. This style has a looser fit and should provide some extra room for a more comfortable feel.
What inch size is a 3x
With the adjustable waist tabs, a 3XL will fit waists 47-51."
I'm wanting to purchase black loose fit cargo pants 42x34
In our BDU 2.0, you would want to go with a XL long. An XL is designed to size waists from 39-43".

7 Pocket Design

Extra-wide, angle cut hand pockets offer quick-access from all positions and are armed with a reinforced saddle for utility knives and multi-tools. Two streamlined, button-closure cargo pockets offer the same carry capacity with less bulk, and a dedicated cell phone drop-in slot. And spacious button flap back pockets feature an updated ergonomic angle.

Felled seam construction and bar-tack reinforcements at key stress points give the BDU 2.0 Pant incredible durability and service life, just like its predecessor.
