"Awesome hat! Overall much more sturdy than the standard boonie. The brim holds its shape much better. Love the map pocket inside the top. Great stash place but most importantly (for me) it gives extra UV protection! Water repellentancy great, worked very well in a pouring rain storm. Highly recommend!"

"I have worn Propper military type outdoor work pants, jacket and hat for at least seven years. The cloths are rugged, absorbent, and protect me from stickers and sharp brush when I work in my yard and the woods on my lot. I particularly like the ankle ties that help against tics and mosquitos. Wear areas on the pants are reinforced and there are six pockets for my bandana, wallet, phone and small hand tools. I just purchased a new set of cloths after using my first set for seven years."

"I used this hat to keep the Sun off the top of my head while out fishing this Season. The Buffalo gnats were atrocious this year and this hat was perfect with a head net so I was not forced out of the woods by the gnats. I really like how lightweight this hat is."

"Nothing is perfect (Cept my wife) but this is close. Stiff enough to stay off the crown of your head, brim stiff enough not to fold down or up in most wind, fairly water repellent and secure on your head. Light color deflects some heat. Great product. Thanks for making it available. Bill"
