Heavier Fabric than GI Trousers

"The fabric on these trousers is much heavier than that of the type issued to me by my unit, and probably more durable as a result. They remind me more of BDU trousers (yes, I'm old). They definitely don't have that "pajama pant" feel to them as some would describe the standard-issue ACU/OCP trousers. For me, this is a good thing. Normally I wouldn't shell out my own money for an issued item, but these were on clearance for $20 so I'm not too upset."

Nice Pants

"Great Customer Service. Great Pants. Great price. Just a note on fit - I am 5’10”, 175lbs and usually wear a 34w 32l pant. I have had this style of pant before. The large size is too large; the medium fits great but the top button is too tight (button extenders work). These have a blouse bottom and I get the short which is long enough if you don’t need the blouse."

Based on your measurements, a Large would be the best fit. For length, Regular runs about 29.5 to 32.5 inches, Short is 26.5 to 29.5 inches, and Long is 32.5 to 35.5 inches, so you can choose based on your preferred fit.
