Are these ants closer to a “Covert Khaki” than a tactical pant? Would they b;end intoa corporate environment if paired with a blazer?

The first thing that I noticed with these pants was that the material was not as stiff as other ripstop materials. Also the stretch waistband made them even more comfortable. The material is also water and soil/stain resistant which made them come clean in the laundry very easily. The only issue I had with keeping them clean was that we had a cleaning day at work and the dust would not wipe off, just grind in further. Even with a wet rag it would not just wipe off, it just pushed it around making the pants look dirtier. Also seeing that these are the lightweight ripstop material, they are cold in the winter and the wind blows through them. That being said, they were great when inside working, but not when out working on the road in the cold weather. The belt loops are large and there are enough of them making them good for duty belt use. The buttons and zippers seem very strong and good quality, and all the pockets are reinforced for less chance of them ripping. The only pocket that I had an issue with was the small tool pocket on the front right side. It is sized for a multi-tool, which fits inside perfectly. It did feel weird when you would sit because of the added pressure on the front of your thigh. Also with a duty belt on it was difficult to get the multi-tool out.
The Propper Lightweight Ripstop Station Pant is made with poly-cotton ripstop fabric and has a water repellent finish. It is designed to be fade, shrink and wrinkle-resistant. It has a right front tool pocket and extra-large belt loops which allow it to be used with a duty belt. There is a hidden slider waist band, which gives you approximately two extra inches. The pants have a zipper fly with a snap waist closure. The two back pockets have button closures and the two front pockets have tool reinforcement. I am 5'11" and 190 lbs. The pants that I tested were size 34 waist and 32 length. They fit me well and have a professional appearance. I carried an inside waist band holster while wearing these pants and it was very comfortable. I also wore a duty belt and they were comfortable also. I did wear the pants on a range day and had a problem with putting AR mags in the pockets. I got them pretty muddy and the repellent finish did well. The one negative I had with the pants is that it seemed to collect dog hair. Overall, a very well-made pant.
This Propper Lightweight Ripstop Station Pant is made of a durable poly/cotton ripstop material with a water-repellant and soil and stain resistant finish. It has a nice four-pocket design, as opposed to the usual cargo/tactical style pants that are the norm in the market, for those people who need this type of trouser. It also has an additional small tool pocket on the right front which could accommodate a small magazine, knife, light, etc. The slider waistband and gripping fabric on the inside are a nice touch. This adds to the comfort of the pants and helps to keep shirts tucked in during movement. The cut/sizing of the pants were not as comfortable as the styles I typically wear. They seemed to me to be slightly snugger in the thigh and hip area but I frequent the gym and have larger legs. My personal preference is still the cargo/tactical style because they seem to fit my comfort level and application better but if you are looking for a more traditional trouser with the durability and functionality most look for in tactical pants is worth a look. They seemed to be of the highest quality, just like everything from Propper that I have encountered over the years. All in all, a nice piece of equipment.
