I love this polo shirt! My only criticisms are the size of the collar and stiffness of the buttoned portion. The shirt performed very well when walking through the woods and brush. The shirt did not get snagged on branches. Thorns did snag the shirt slightly but not nearly as badly as with the polo shirts I typically wear. The overall comfort of the shirt was great. I really liked the pen pocket on the sleeve unless I was wearing a jacket or coat. The mic holder below the buttons on the front of the shirt was also very handy to have. Again I'd like to see the overall size of the collar made a bit smaller and the button area not quite so stiff. I would recommend this shirt to anyone wishing to buy a shirt that seems to hold up to the demands of the law enforcement profession.
The Propper polo shirt is a pretty standard polo shirt. It has a generous cut length of fabric for staying tucked into pants or for keeping weapons concealed on the waistline. It has two pen pockets on the left sleeve like other tactical style shirts. It also has seams on the shoulders that are offset from the top of the shoulder so that the seams do not dig into the skin of the shoulders should you wear armor or backpacks or anything else that might put weight onto your shoulders. The fabric seems a little thin but sturdy. The collars have sewn in plastic tabs that keep the collars stiff and prevent rolling up. One unique part of the polo is that the collar placket buttons are covered by another layer of fabric. This is good at preventing the buttons themselves from being torn off by armor/plate carriers or anything else that the buttons might get caught on. It does live up to the name as a snag-free polo. I've also tried scratching the shirt with hook Velcro and it does not pull apart the fabric even if I aggressively rub the Velcro across the shirt. The shirt is very comfortable and fits well. It does not do a great job of insulating the wearer from the cold, but that can be solved by layering clothing. The material stretches very well but I expect that from any polo made by a company such as Propper. Overall it is a good standard polo shirt.
